How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship orders out within 2 business days since the moment of payment receipt. Depending on your destination address, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you.
How can I track the parcel with my order?
You'll receive a tracking link to messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber) once your order has been shipped out.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
After we receive your order we obligatorily contact you by messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber) for order confirmation - you can confirm, modify or cancel it.
Expiry date
Period of use for cosmetics from the moment of product opening differs for each product and is shown on it as a pictogram of jar and digit (for example, 6M - use during 6 months from the date of product opening).
The storage period for our cosmetics is 3 years starting from the date of production. You can find it at each product in a format of batch code that has its algorithm for decoding. It is 8 digits, last 4 of them shows the production date. For example, if the batch code is 001922820, then last 4 digits mean 282nd day of 2020.
What's the return/refund policy?
Our products were manufactured with you in mind. We’re confident that you’ll love them, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us within 20 days of your purchase and we'll be able to assist with processing the return and a refund.
